Non-Refundable Booking Amount
The initial booking amount is non-refundable in all cases of cancellation.Cancellation Charges
30 or more days before departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total trip cost will be charged.
15 to 29 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 75% of the total trip cost will apply.
Within 0 to 14 days of departure: 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.Changes in Activities Due to Weather or Government Restrictions
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, natural calamities, or government-imposed restrictions, some planned activities may be canceled.
While we will make every effort to provide an alternate feasible activity, no refunds will be issued for cancellations due to these circumstances.Rescheduling Requests
Requests made within 30 days of the trip: No refund or adjustment of the booking amount to a new date will be allowed.
Requests made 30 days or more before the trip: Rescheduling is possible without cancellation charges for domestic trips if requested at least 30 days in advance.
